Responsibilities

• Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.


• Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.


• Draft and negotiate facility, security, inter-creditor, and CP documents.


• Assist in the project management of investment deals


• Reconcile real estate general ledger to project budgets


• Organize and maintain permanent files for all real estate development projects

Requirement

• 5 years of banking and finance experience.


• Ability to draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and related CPs.


• Experience in project managing a finance transaction.


• Knowledgeable investment property, hotel finance, commercial and residential development, and loan portfolio acquisition.


• Strong financial planning, analysis, and forecasting skills, and experience creating and managing business plans.


• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
