Job Description:




  • Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial health.




  • Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets




  • Client training on use of Remedial’s platform and ordering process




  • Timely Delivery of ordered products by your clients




  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory




  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.




  • Market research activities as mandated by the company




  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success




  • Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development




  • Support implementation of lead-generation strategies




  • Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events




  • Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies




  • Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates and managers




  • Support development of new channels and account growth strategies




  • Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients




  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time




Person Specification:




  • Bachelor Degree, OND, HND with 1-3 years work experience in a relevant field




  • Previous work experience in similar position will be an advantage




  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales




  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills




  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills




  • Must be resident in one of the following locations: (Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo)




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.




  • Applicants should be open to resuming immediately




  • Possess Valid drivers’ license with more greater than 2 years driving license
