JOB LOCATION: Shagamu, Ogun State
JOB INDUSTRY: Oil & Gas (Downstream Sector)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Qualification – B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance
- A Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage
- Experience in Oil and Gas Logistics is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficient knowledge of ERP Application
- Applicant must be resident within Shagamu, Mowe and Ibafo
- Use Job Title or Position being applied for as subject of mail and Application letter
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of entities’ balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Reconcile accounts payables and receivables
- Maintain cash flow by monitoring banking and cash requirements
- Updates and maintains financial data accurately and promptly
- Resolve stations account/POS disputes related issues and escalates when necessary
- Monitor and evaluate station payment methods and procedures.
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Computing and reconciling charter hire/lease for each period
- Preparation of entities payroll
- Posting of transactions on ERP Application
- Routing reporting to Head (Finance & Accounts)
- Perform other Ad hoc duties as assigned by CFO/Management
