JOB LOCATION:           Shagamu, Ogun State


 

JOB INDUSTRY:            Oil & Gas (Downstream Sector)



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum Qualification – B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance

  • A Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage

  • Experience in Oil and Gas Logistics is an added advantage

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

  • Proficient knowledge of ERP Application

  • Applicant must be resident within Shagamu, Mowe and Ibafo

  • Use Job Title or Position being applied for as subject of mail and Application letter


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Preparation of entities’ balance sheets and profit/loss statements

  • Reconcile accounts payables and receivables

  • Maintain cash flow by monitoring banking and cash requirements

  • Updates and maintains financial data accurately and promptly

  • Resolve stations account/POS disputes related issues and escalates when necessary

  • Monitor and evaluate station payment methods and procedures.

  • Maintain the fixed asset register

  • Computing and reconciling charter hire/lease for each period

  • Preparation of entities payroll

  • Posting of transactions on ERP Application

  • Routing reporting to Head (Finance & Accounts)

  • Perform other Ad hoc duties as assigned by CFO/Management
