JOB SUMMARY
Finance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of finance professionals. He oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization. Being a finance supervisor monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company/federal laws.
- Prepare and distribute budget reports and financial statements to management in a timely fashion.
- Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.
- Update general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in goals setting and performance improvements for finance staff.
- Register all finance transactions accurately for future references.
- Participate in overall annual budgetary process.
- Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Ideal Candidate Must possess Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance.
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
- Ability to perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analysing industry trends and assist in assessing the financial health of the company.
- Ability to prepare quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.

Key Requirements: Background knowledge of SAP and experience in the Oil and Gas or Engineering sector.
Qualification: BSc Accounting or other related field, chartered member of ICAN, ACCA or relevant financial body.
