Objective

• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, as well as providing technical support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.


• Provide technical support to end users by responding to requests for assistance and resolving technical issues.


• Assist with network administration, including setting up user accounts, configuring network settings, and troubleshooting network issues.


• Assist with system backups and ensure data is securely stored.


• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.


• Assist with the development and implementation of security measures.


• Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.


• Experience with network administration.


• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
