Location  - Ojodu & Ikeja Environ


The company Finance specialist is the one who assembles all finances of the company together in a simple platform. The FS ensures every money is accounted for and is properly distributed for RELEVANT PURPOSES.


The company FS serves as a financial advisor to the company and works with the CEO on ways to grow the company’s assets.


The FS will raise the right kind of funding the company requires at any time and shape the company to be ready for financing of its major projects in the future.


Organization Interface;



  • The Finance Specialist will report directly to the CEO. The FS will work closely with the Customer Success Specialist to negotiate prices with customers.

  • The FS will represent the company in financial matters as regards relating with financial institutions etc

  • The FS will work with the operations manager in disbursing funds for all aspect of company operations


Performance Objectives;



  •  Prepare monthly financial books and communicate progress from data gathered

  • Work with CEO to source finance for projects

  • Identify waste in processes and constantly look for ways to maximize profit

  • Understand prices and pricing model. Work with Customer Success Specialist to negotiate realistic prices, agreements etc that are favorable.

  • Handle all financial responsibilities that concerns the company

  • Provide sound financial advisory that will grow company’s assets and reduce liabilities

  • Track company’s cash flow, analyze strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective action plans when necessary

  • Prepare accurate forecasts so that management can make informed decisions about future investments.


Requirements;



  • The Finance Specialist must have a degree in any financial discipline (accounting, banking & finance etc). A degree from Lagos state polytechnic is an added advantage.

  • Must have experience in managing the financial accounts of an organization and proven track of growing the finances. Must have experience in using excel software.

  • Must be skilled in negotiation. Candidate should be extremely observant and possess good attention to details. Excellent communication skill (written and oral) is required. Must be passionate and well organized.

  • The FS must be smart, outspoken and have a network/relationship with financial institutions. Must reside around Ikeja, Ojodu Berger and environs.

  • Candidate must strive to understand the vision of the company and be willing to run with this vision. Must be willing to be relevant and be an effective part of the organization.
