Our client is a product engineering firm based in Nigeria. They are looking for a motivated, creative and innovative Tech Sales Intern to join their team!


Responsibilities



  • Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads.

  • Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify business opportunities.

  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.

  • Help prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

  • Support the sales team in managing and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and sales activities.

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and gather information.

  • Analyze sales data and provide reports on sales performance and trends.

  • Participate in product training and learn about the company's offerings.

  • Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Work with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.

  • Learn about the sales process and techniques used in the tech industry.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or business development

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not always required

  • Familiarity with the tech industry and related products/services is beneficial but not always necessary
