Our client is a product engineering firm based in Nigeria. They are looking for a motivated, creative and innovative Tech Sales Intern to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads.
- Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Help prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Support the sales team in managing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and sales activities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and gather information.
- Analyze sales data and provide reports on sales performance and trends.
- Participate in product training and learn about the company's offerings.
- Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Work with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.
- Learn about the sales process and techniques used in the tech industry.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or business development
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not always required
- Familiarity with the tech industry and related products/services is beneficial but not always necessary
