Job Description:



  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's information and communication technology systems.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain the company's ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure

  • Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems

  • Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the company's data and systems

  • Provide technical support to staff in resolving ICT-related issues

  • Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures

  • Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve the company's operations and productivity

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in ICT and recommend upgrades or changes to existing systems as necessary

  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors

  • Maintain accurate records of all ICT equipment and software licenses


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of ICT hardware, software, and network infrastructure

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

  • Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and network security

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
