Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
Prepare balance sheets.
Track and reconcile bank statements.
Process Tax payments.
Records accounts payable and receivable.
Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
Responsible for sales and supervision of marketers
Process customer requests and updated customer records
Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
Any other duties that may be assigned from time by supervisor.
Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Must be computer-literate (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation)
Very good understanding of Accounting policies and bookkeeping
