Description



  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.

  • Prepare balance sheets.

  • Track and reconcile bank statements.

  • Process Tax payments.

  • Records accounts payable and receivable.

  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation.

  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.

  • Responsible for sales and supervision of marketers

  • Process customer requests and updated customer records

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time by supervisor.


Requirements



  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Must be computer-literate (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation)

  • Very good understanding of Accounting policies and bookkeeping

  • Strategic Marketer

  • Must be resident in OR willing to relocate to Keffi
