Job Description



Our client is a community of young upward mobile entrepreneurs and professionals who provide creative tailor made Financial Advisory, Logistics and other solutions to Individuals and businesses. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit Finance officer.


Job Responsibilities



  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets.

  • Managing records and receipts.

  • Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.

  • Preparing balance sheets.

  • Processing invoices.

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of microfinance products and process.

  • Providing customer service to clients.

  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.

  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.

  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.


Job Requirements



  • B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or any relevant role.

  • Professional qualification as an ICAN member is considered a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.

  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

  • Experience using financial software.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations.

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

  • Sharp time management skills.

  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
