  • In this role, you will oversee the company’s financial transactions, develop budgets, prepare financial reports, and monitor all transactions.

  • Your duties will include resolving financial disputes, supporting executives, preparing balance sheets, and processing invoices.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Tableau, and HP TRIM.

  • Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.


Key Responsibilities



  • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency

  • Maintain accurate transaction records

  • Process invoices and prepare financial statement

  • Monitor all bank deposits and payment

  • Reconcile banking and conduct financial audit

  • Prepare budget

  • Review the business’s financial policies

  • Ensure all legal requirements are met


Job Requirements:



  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role

  • Experience using financial software

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

  • Sharp time management skills

  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

  • Maths and problem-solving skills

  • Project management skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial procedures

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws

  • Act as a leader within the company


Additional Requirements:



  • Degree MSc/BSc in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • Professional qualification(s)

  • Experience Level: Management

  • Experience Length: 5 Years


Job Features



  • Main place of work will be Biosec Abuja Office.

  • Expected work hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

  • Biosec adopts a results-driven model, which prioritizes work deliverables over work hours.

  • Periodic travel away from the office, employer, visits or other operating companies.

  • Biosec covers work related travel expenses.

  • Performance related bonuses available.

  • 30 working days annual leave.

  • Out of hours work as required.
