Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform periodic maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain company databases, and network systems.
Lead the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades.
Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company information technology security policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
