Job Description

• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, thermal printers, and scanners, computer networking, and computer repair.


• Excellent server installation and configuration skills, active directory system administration/system engineering, maintenance and repair of computer systems


• Deployment of window servers, computers equipment, printer, router, switches, network cable, thermal printer, hp printer, and install and configure it for user


• Accountable for the entire IT infrastructure, desktop/network support, emails, installation of software, maintenance of hardware and all other IT related issues.


• Manage Users, Computers, and Groups, Mail and Configuration of user accounts, Network Crimping,


• Cleaned, modified and first hand understanding of computer hardware, Network troubleshooting and maintenance, providing support to all Users.


• Oversee the maintenance and update of the database


• Implementation of various types’ software or hardware, Deployment of software and hardware, network device, for company employees or other clients to use


• Graphics design and management of social media pages as well as social media marketing.

Job Requirements

• BS.c in Computer Science or relevant field.


• At least 1 year experience


• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suit


• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL


• Strong Knowledge of WordPress


• Knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe illustrator


• Knowledge of graphics design


• Social media optimization


• TCP/IP


• Strong Knowledge of computer hardware and software


• Technical support and troubleshooting.


• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud.


• Knowledge of at least one programming language


• Proven experience as a Sales Person is an added advantage


• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, HubSpot
