Job Responsibilities·

• Monthly revenue billing and processing payment invoices


• Account receivables and payable management


• Daily postings of transactions to appropriate books and software and update of repayment tracker.


• Produce periodic financial reports as required.


• Ensure the Monthly remittance of PAYE and pensions by no later than the 5th of the following month.


• Collate relevant information for the generation of periodic statutory returns.


• Work with both internal and external auditors during the audit process.


• Preparation of payroll schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline (with a minimum of a 2:1).


• Minimum 7years’ work experience in the finance function in a similar organization within the Transportation and Logistics industry.


• Experience in finance operation and statutory financial reporting. SAGE Proficiency


• Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
