Job Description
Nenu (a social enterprise that is helping households gain access to clean cooking solutions) seeks the services of a highly-analytical and qualified finance officer to join its team. In this position, your primary duties will include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices.
Roles and resposibilities
- Implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the preparation and planning of budgets.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date.
- Contribute to financial audits.
- Monitor all bank transactions.
- Perform periodic financial analysis.
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
Requirements
- BSc/ HND in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High proficientcy in the use of Quickbooks or other accounting software.
