- The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting, accounting, financial forecasting, and analysis of financial data.
- He/She will also play a strategic role in overall business operations by providing guidance in developing financial plans and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the frequent updates on the organizations management accounts.
- Liaise with external accounting professionals; tax consultants and auditors to fulfill compliance with all financial requirements and regulations.
- Manage and fund the budget for operational activities.
- Responsible for forecasting the financial performance of the company.
- Keep track of outstanding debts and accounts receivable.
- Oversee the company's financial obligations in countries it has registered businesses.
- Maintain a relationship with banking partners and vendors to negotiate discounts and eliminate excessive spending.
- Ensure that the inventory books are well-balanced and updated.
- Provide weekly reports on expenses and income.
- Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company.
Qualifications
Key skills and competencies:
- 4 years of work experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Possess efficient time management, attention to detail and organizing skills.
- Proficiency with Google spreadsheets and ability to use technology to improve your workflow processes.
- Must possess exceptional analytical skills.
- Proven experience using bookkeeping software; Xero and QuickBooks.
- Experience filing taxes or dealing with tax consultants.
