Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Information Technology Executive on behalf of our client in the Construction/Realties Industry. The successful candidate will work with our client to provide strategic technical guidance and manage the company's technology infrastructure and digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an innovative IT strategy plan for the company.


• Liaise with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to identify technology needs that support business goals.


• Ensure smooth operation of the organization's information systems, including infrastructure, software, and hardware.


• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on IT projects, budgets, and timelines.


• Analyze markets, emerging trends, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for innovation.


• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of technology-related hardware and software assets.


• Oversee the training of employees on new technology solutions and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.


• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective IT strategies that align with business objectives.


• Strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture, cloud solutions, and security best practices.


• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, systems administration, and network management.


• Experience with project management methodologies and software, such as Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2.


• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and finances associated with technology infrastructure and digital strategies.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
