Job Description

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems


• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support


• Organize and maintain IT resources


• Lend IT support in areas such as digital rate board


• Support the IT Team in performing routine maintenance on IT devices including software updates, imaging and light repairs


• Assisting in installations, integrations, and configurations of systems


• Assist in ensuring the high levels of systems and infrastructure availability


• Work with the IT Technician in repairs and operation of laser, CNC machines and others


• Maintains network infrastructure standards.


• General maintenance of all electronic appliance i.e. laptops, printer, Cloud app boxes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, OND or HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
