Description 

• Greet customers, answer questions and provide product recommendations.


• Demonstrate proper makeup application techniques using product samples.


• Assist in organizing and stocking makeup displays.


• Process payments and manage customer purchases.


• Provide advice on skincare and beauty routines.


• Ensure customers are aware of current promotions and discounts.


• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.


• Remain up to date on the latest trends in makeup, skincare, and beauty.


• Educate customers on the use and application of makeup products.


• Promote products through in-store events and demonstrations.


• Sales in Mac Products.


• In-depth knowledge of the MAC Brand.

Skills and Competencies to Have

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years of work experience.


• Knowledge of makeup application techniques and products


• Understanding of current makeup trends


• Ability to identify skin types and recommend suitable products


• Outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of safety and health regulations


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Ability to upsell products and services


• Proficiency with computers and relevant software programs


• Excellent salesmanship and negotiation skills
