Job Description:

• As the IT and Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's data, systems, and networks while optimizing technology resources for productivity and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Provide leadership and vision for the IT department.


• Cybersecurity: Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including intrusion detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response protocols. Protect sensitive data and intellectual property from cyber threats.


• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, including system administrators, network engineers, and cybersecurity specialists. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing technology investments and ensuring cost-effective solutions.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data protection laws. Monitor changes in cybersecurity threats and regulations, adapting policies and procedures accordingly.


• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain technology partnerships and evaluate third-party solutions.


• Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures or cyberattacks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) is a plus.


• Proven experience in IT management, including cybersecurity leadership roles.


• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, threat detection, and incident response.


• Strong technical skills in network administration, infrastructure management, and cloud computing.


• Experience with IT budget management and vendor relationships.


• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
