Job Description

• To act as a front-line interface to the internal & external users by resolving queries or complaints in a timely & efficient manner


• Ensure the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and e-mail provision


• Backup and optimize database


• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network


• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting


• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field


• Previous experience in a similar role


• A genuine passion for IT


• Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships


• Has quick learning approach


• Good communication skills


• Service oriented with an eye for details
