Requirement

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.


• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. 


• Must be a Chartered Accountant. Possession of ICAN, ACCA professional certifications is required. 


• Industry Preference: Micro Finance, Financial sector. 


• Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 


• Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff. 


• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills. 


• Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.
