Skills required for the Position

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Verifiable certifications in ERP systems, with a focus on Odoo.


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP back-end management.


• Owns a personal Laptop.


• Hold core certifications in ICT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified).


• Technical know-how in optimizing the performance of Odoo ERP through configuration and system enhancements.


• Methodological approach to troubleshooting IT issues, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.


• Proficiency in utilizing technology to support a hybrid work environment, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.


• Master office automation tools (Solid proficiency in Microsoft office: excel, word, power point)


• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.


• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving technological landscape.


• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, both on-site and remotely.
