Skills required for the Position
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Verifiable certifications in ERP systems, with a focus on Odoo.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP back-end management.
- Owns a personal Laptop.
- Hold core certifications in ICT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified).
- Technical know-how in optimizing the performance of Odoo ERP through configuration and system enhancements.
- Methodological approach to troubleshooting IT issues, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology to support a hybrid work environment, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Master office automation tools (Solid proficiency in Microsoft office: excel, word, power point)
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving technological landscape.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, both on-site and remotely.
