JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Managing the day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

  • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decisions and financial planning.

  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective financial controls.

  • Leading the annual budgeting process and providing ongoing variance analysis.

  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

  • Providing guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the fintech or technology industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial modeling is highly desirable.
