Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator located in Lekki.


• The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network and system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's technological infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills


• Experience in network and system administration


• Knowledge of information technology, including hardware, software, and networking systems


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines


• Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
