Job summary

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry.


• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, managing accounts receivables and payables, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.


• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.


• Oversee the accounts receivables and payables functions.


• Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers.


• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.


• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.


• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.


• Present financial information to executive leadership and stakeholders.


• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations.


• Implement strategies to optimize working capital.


• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems.


• Ensure the integration of financial systems with other hotel operations.


• Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.


• Monitor and analyze expenses to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is a plus.


• 5- 7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.


• Solid understanding of accounts receivables, payables, auditing, and financial reporting.


• proficient in financial management software and MS Office suite.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
