Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for candidates with 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience who are eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in the finance sector of the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance team, contributing to various financial activities and projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.


2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting process by assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.


3. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.


4. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


5. Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry tasks, maintain financial records, and conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.


6. Process Improvement: Participate in identifying areas for process improvement within the finance department and contribute to the implementation of efficient solutions.


7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience in finance or accounting.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
