Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer located in Port Harcourt. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktop computers, printers and other IT facilities including web applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field


• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills


• Experience in Information Technology and cyber security


• Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills


• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
