Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Officer located in Lagos.


• The Finance Officer will be responsible for performing financial reporting, analysing financial statements, and providing financial advice to the management team.


• The Finance Officer will also be responsible for communication with the bank's stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in a finance role


• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles


• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis


• Experience with financial software


• Excellent analytical and numerical skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience working in the microfinance industry is a plus
