• Manage and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring they are up to date and perform optimally.


• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of productivity.


• Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures to protect data integrity.


• Provide technical support and guidance to employees, assisting them in utilizing technology tools effectively.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and plan for future upgrades or enhancements.


• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.


• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending and implementing new technologies as appropriate.
