Job Overview



  • As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the organization.

  • You will play a crucial role in financial planning, auditing, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports.

  • Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Logistics reconciliation (Liability Vs Payment) & booking additional cost if any.

  • Implement strategies to optimize working capital.

  • Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

  • Forward GL reconciliation in line with CBN forward delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.

  • Implement recommendations from audit reports.

  • Assisting in preparing bank letters related to discrepancy.

  • Monitor and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Verification of spares incentives working and monthly posting to ERP.

  • Bank charges receivables –Breakup.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience as a finance executive or related position

  • Professional certification e.g ICAN is required

  • Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on strategic planning and analysis.

  • Must have worked in a manufacturing Industry

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, financial regulations, and taxation.

  • Import and export knowledge is required.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
