Job Description




  • This role is responsible for the efficient coordination, organization, and management of personnel and processes.

  • The Delivery Assurance Manager will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations within the assigned regions.

  • You will build and maintain relationships between all 3PL & distributor partners to deliver all operational, cost, & functional goals.


Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations staff for the region.

  • Responsible for managing all distribution hub revenue and fully responsible for end-to-end management.

  • Oversee and ensure all deliveries to and from all locations are properly prepared & packaged for delivery.

  • Responsible for overseeing general logistics and the management of fleet; ensuring the efficient allocation of vehicles.

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics and fulfillment operations.

  • Set up and manage all 3PL partner relationships for the region.

  • Optimize and manage operations to meet operational working capital cycle targets.

  • Manage the location on the day and resolve practical or people-related problems as they arise.

  • Provide Insight and business strategy operational growth within your region.

  • Prepare accurate reports for Senior Management.

  • Ensure daily reporting, weekly, quarterly, and operational KPIs are maintained.

  • Ensure continuous operational improvement adapting the Lean methodology.

  • Make process improvements to the existing processes.

  • Coordinate with systems and IT teams to make use of technology to improve processes.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and understandably.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate project teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering value to clients and exceeding their expectations.
