Job Description / Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the purchasing process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education:
- B.Sc / High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional training or coursework in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations or customers.
- Multitasking capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Remunerations
- Salary: N90,000 - N100,000 / month (Competitive salary).
