We are looking for a dynamic and productive Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide guidance and support to the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value.
Drive sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, upselling/cross-selling products or services, and expanding the client base.
Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and meet client objectives.
Lead negotiations with clients on contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management for decision-making.
Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Industry-specific certifications or training [Optional].
Cybersecurity/ SaaS Sales experience is an advantage.
