Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our e-commerce firm.

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibility:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, managing correspondence, inquiries, and requests on their behalf.

  • Coordinate and prioritize the COO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations attended by the COO.

  • Attend meetings with the COO, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the COO in decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of reports, documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Anticipate the needs of the COO and proactively address issues or challenges before they arise.

  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team and departments across the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the COO.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
