Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Corporate Performance Enabler to drive performance excellence within our organization.

  • The role involves designing custom job roles, setting goals, planning performance strategies, assessing progress, and developing programs for employee development.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to enhancing performance.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design custom job roles and key performance indicators/result areas tailored to organizational needs.

  • Set individual and team goals that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Develop performance strategies and action plans to achieve set goals.

  • Regularly review and assess progress against established goals, recommending improvements where necessary.

  • Develop and implement programs for knowledge, skills, and capacity improvement of

  • employees to enhance performance.

  • Track employee performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Recommend strategies and initiatives to improve employee performance based on performance evaluations.

  • Monitor employee progress and provide periodic reports to management on performance outcomes.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in performance management, organizational development, or related fields.

  • Experience with performance management software and MS Office suite.

  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to design and implement performance improvement programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
