  • Supervising work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives

  • Planning activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model

  • Managing budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits

  • Developing and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services

  • Communicating with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)

  • Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.

  • Collaborating with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.

  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

  • The ideal candidate must be an experienced professional, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring efficient management, and providing strategic direction.

  • He / she would be in charge of supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines.
