Job Description




  • This is a Senior Manager role and reports directly to the President & Executive Chairman.

  • This role will provide Executive Administrative and Developmental Support to the President and Board of Directors.


Key Results:



  • High-quality completion rate of deliverables for the President and his direct reports

  • Effective document control including physical and electronic filings.

  • Efficient calendar management and travel logistics

  • Timely response to emails and other correspondences.


Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Reply and review all correspondence on behalf of the Founder, appropriately routing correspondence.

  • Drafting professional, error-free e-mails, letters, memos, presentations, documents, and other communications on behalf of the President.

  • Proactively planning the president’s schedule via effective Diary Management on behalf of the President.

  • Assist the President in preparing for meetings by reading, researching, collating, and analyzing needed information and data, assisting with preparing presentation materials, ensuring he is well-prepared and possesses the relevant information and documentation to guarantee his optimal effectiveness at meetings.

  • Prepare & distribute agendas and pre-reading papers to meeting participants, coordinate Board meeting dates and attendants, and assist the Company Secretary in compiling and distributing Board packs as required.

  • Liaise with the Board Members where their approvals or signatures are required by the Executive Chairman on behalf of the Business.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team, Executives, and staff on special projects, including but not limited to Business Conduct research to ensure projects become the greatest success possible. Prepare reports based on research results.

  • Manage projects and other strategic initiatives with oversight on behalf of the Executive Chairman, including project plans, preparing project meeting agendas, identifying risk areas, and budgeting.

  • Any other duties as may be assigned to this position.


Skills and Competencies:



  • Proficiency in Windows including MS Word, Excel and, Powerpoint

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners;

  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner

  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion

  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.


Qualifications:



  • candidates are preferred 

  • At least 5 - 7 years of working experience as a Senior Executive Assistant

  • Must have an MBA or any relevant Master's Degree.
