Objectives
- The Loss Prevention/Customer Care officer supports the Store Supervisor and Store Team in executing their daily task in the store.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Check movement of stocks and humans in the store including shop lifters.
- Constant Observation of the stocks kept on the shelves.
- Handle incidents & discrepancies.
- Be actively involved in the stock-taking process.
- Cross-check customers’ receipts at the exit.
- Handle issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.
- Assist in preparing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Manage queue.
- Help in Reduction in the loss percentage /pilferage.
- Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 10 years relevant work experience.
