Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue within the designated area.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, such as monthly sales targets, revenue growth, and market share, and take corrective actions as needed.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients.

  • Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.

  • Valid driver's license.
