Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilize Zoho CRM to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales activities.

  • Identify and research potential clients and strategic partners to expand business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

  • Conduct cold calling and email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and nurture relationships.

  • Initiate and lead partnership conversations with potential collaborators and industry stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospects and partners.


Requirements



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of 4 years in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving challenging sales targets.

  • Experience in outbound marketing, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.

  • Passion for technology, startups, and driving business growth.
