About the job



  • Job Overview: As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources within the company.

  • You will provide support in rendering various HR generalist services such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and other HR-related services to clients.

  • You will work closely with the HR team, contributing to projects and initiatives.


Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the recruitment process which includes developing JDs, posting jobs, resume screening, coordinating interviews and preparing interview reports.

  • Support the onboarding process for clients’ new hires.

  • Provide support in managing relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure that all clients projects are satisfactorily completed.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR structures for clients.

  • Assist in preparing and implementing training programs for clients.

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation.

  • Contribute to maintaining positive Client relations by addressing clients’ queries and concerns promptly.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

  • Provide support in promoting and maintaining SENCE’s social media presence by suggesting creative contents and ways to create brand and service awareness.

  • Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the HR Network

  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.


Qualifications and Skills:

The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily:



  • Recent graduate, with a HND or Bachelors degree from a recognised institution.

  • Must be a corper in Lagos who is looking for PPA.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Very good discipline and work ethics

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
