Responsibilities



  • Create and update accounts records withaccuracy and validity of information

  • May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • General assistance withadministration such as logging and filin

  • Reviewing payments recordto ensure that the accounts books re complete, accurate, and ready for account balancing.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Physical dexterity.

  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
