Our client, a retail firm with rapidly growing hard-discount retail outlets in the various neighbourhoods of Lagos, is looking for a young, dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor with experience leading successful teams.


Job Description-



  •  Monitor shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

  • Ensure all reports, cash, and receipts are correct and complete.

  • Keep charge of the safety box and the change.

  • Responsible for the final calculation and complete documentation at the end of the shift of each cashier.

  • Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage

  • Ensure correct money transfers to the bank.

  • Take charge of all cancellations of total receipts, complaints as well as returns from customers.

  • Randomly check receipts of customers versus the actual basket.

  • Responsible for keeping all doors and windows closed properly at the end of the day.

  • Ensure that legal requirements, with regard to store sales, are followed

  • Responsible for 100 % price label accuracy.

  • Check the price accuracy by test purchases, especially after price changes.

  • Check the deliveries from the Warehouse and direct suppliers and report any delivery mistakes.

  • Responsible for all books, reports, and forms in the store.

  • Train new staff members and schedule shifts.


Qualification and Requirement



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or managementrelated courses.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a retail environment or supermarket

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a team lead position

  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork and selfmotivation were critical

  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

  • Ability to manage a team relationship and productive work environment

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Professional, clientserviceoriented, and positive representative of the firm

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


Renumeratioon :200k -260k


Only Applicants who live around Mushin and Ijesha, Surulere will be considered .
