Job Duties

  5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  6. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

  7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.

  8. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.

  9. Miscellaneous Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
