Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 7 years in the industry to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, including monitoring food quality, managing inventory levels, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively engaging with guests, addressing feedback and concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgetary goals and financial objectives, including controlling costs, maximizing revenue opportunities, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices, while also negotiating contracts and managing inventory levels.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and legal operating environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability, including marketing initiatives, menu development, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
