  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for clients..

  • Develop and Implement strategies for effective resourcing that will ensure that clients has the required skills to meet current and future needs.

  • Work closely with all departments to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications

  • Ensure that all recruitment processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands. 

  • Continually provide top class talent as outsourced staff to clients.

  • Build robust candidates pipelines for various roles to meet with the clients demand

  • Established selection criteria/requirement for the vacant positions for all positions of clients.

  • Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).

  • Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.
