Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to expand Novadahealth's market presence and service offerings

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.
    - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the healthcare industry.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Represent Novada health at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and foster new business relationships.


Requirements:



  • Demonstrated experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.

  • Background in healthcare or related industries, with a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges

  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and negotiate deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, essential for fostering partnerships and collaborations.
    - Must reside in Abuja and possess a PC and a good phone for work and communication.
