  • Our client need an experienced HR Business Partner specialized in people analytics, culture transformation, and talent management within the dynamic landscape of emerging HoldCo environments.

  • He / she must have demonstrated expertise in navigating Mediatech and Fintech verticals, driving digital transformation, and facilitating global expansion efforts.


Key Responsibilities



  • People Analytics: Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decisions and optimize talent-related processes.

  • Culture Transformation: Leading cross-functional teams in fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion, resulting in improved employee morale and productivity.

  • Talent Management: Implementing strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across diverse geographies and industries.

  • Global Expansion: Facilitating seamless expansion into new markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities.

  • Managing end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning, across multiple regions and business units.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and support HR initiatives.

  • HoldCo HR Business Partner: Spearheading HR initiatives for an emerging HoldCo, collaborating with operating entities in mediatech and fintech sectors to drive cultural integration and talent development strategies.

  • HR Consultant: Providing strategic guidance to executive leadership on HR matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.


Qualifications

Education:



  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology or related fields


Certifications:



  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent

  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalent


Languages:



  • Proficient in English (Fluent in written and spoken communication)

  • Additional languages a plus, especially considering global operations
