Qualifications:



  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; ICAN, ACA, or similar certifications are advantageous.

  • 5 years of finance experience with strong financial management skills.

  • Expertise in non-profit budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting.

  • Proven track record in aligning financial plans with organizational goals, efficient cash allocation, and resource optimization.

  • Experience in grant and donor fund management, proposal creation, financial reporting, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in financial report preparation, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance.

  • Skilled in financial management software for accurate data management and reporting.
